I knew this was odd, one of my handpicks out of about 8,000 direct from Africa last year... what do you think?

sorta but not... the black that borders a YB's belly is lighter and more broken up, and this one is very thick and solid.. and there are several other 'normal appearing' morphs that have bellies like this...

Well, these posts are alot slower than I thought they would be... so i'll let the cat out of the bag.

This snake here was confirmed to be a Mocha from a long time BP breeder who also worked for Amir for many years. Amir founded the Mocha. He is sure without a doubt, but obviously I wouldn't offer it as a 'Mocha' until I proved it out myself to be through breeding.

Since it's in the mojave complex, and just a male, i'm not too crazy about keeping and breeding it. Already have lessers, mojos, butters, etc.

For now it is being offered elsewhere as a farmed possible mocha, for half of what a male mocha would go for, and i've had so many offers, until they find out it is male.. lol..

but he is growing fast.. if he is still here late winter, and I have an extra female or two, maybe i'll try to make myself some females..

    Thanks for any input :)
