My ball python is 3 years old and she never balls up. I mean I've had her for almost a month now and I have yet to see her ball up. Is this normal?

Some do, some don't. She apparently has more of an outgoing personality :)

Yup, all depends on the snake. A ball is my mojos favorite pose, my bee, couldn't tell you when I've seen her in an actual ball.

Both my males are sissies and ball up, the two babies still do occasionally bc theyre still teeny, my pastel and normal are overly friendly, and my cinny girl... Hmm, well she really wont ball up, but shes not exactly the outgoing type either haha.

Re: is it normal??
None of my adults ball up. They stop doing it after they're a year old or so. It's normal.

My baby bee has never balled up! Even when I held him at the show.

Re: is it normal??
My normal male he has balled up since he was a baby. I just recently got a baby bee and he hardly ever balls up. He's very active and likes to sleep outside his hides. He also climbs and sleeps on top of a little branch I have for him, totally different behavior then my normal.

My 4 year old male BP never balls up either.
Whenever I see pictures of people's BPs balled up I am envious--they look so cute balled up!
I wish mine would at least a little bit. Oh well he is still a cutie

I agree with the rest. Out of 14, some never ball others seldom come out.
