Is the Central American Boa another name for a columbian redtail (BCI)? If not how large do males and females average?

Central American Boas are considered to be BCI.

but they are not "Colombian." Colombian BCI's are from......(drumroll please!)......Colombia, which is in South America. Central American BCI's include Nicaraguan and Mexican boas, which typically stay smaller than their relatives in South America. CA BCI's normally are around 4-6 feet or so, I believe. David has some Mexican BCI's, maybe he can give some more info on their full-grown sizes.
