Het Pied Additions, Assistance Needed Please

Ok, so I feel like a major noob but I need assistance with the latest pickups. I obtained these two het pieds from him today, but upon popping the second one I was in limbo :confusd: on the sex although leaning towards a female. A fellow breeder also popped the alleged female and was in limbo as well.. No hemi's popped out like all the others. See below and let me know please. :gj::D

Looks female to me but I double check all my girls with the probe anyway.

When I saw it I thought male but other people said female. I would just probe to see.

With a snake that young, the penes would pop right out. That looks like a girl.

Yeah, females that pop all the way have "horns" that can scare you out into believing you've got a male. My het lavender female worried me for a long time, even after the vet probed her and assured me she was a girl. But then she went on to lay two clutches for me... so yeah, I guess she's a girl.

Also, I'm terrible at popping? So I've wound up taking all my clutches this year to the vet and paying to have them probed. And after 3 clutches, I felt confident enough about it to buy my own probe set, and OMG I'M NEVER GOING BACK.

ps. those are excellent popping pictures. Normally they're all out of focus and blurry, but you did good. :gj:

Thanks so much for everyone's support! I'll try to get a probe kit somewhere as soon as possible just to cover all bases. I'll keep everyone updated ;-)

Well I took the baby in question to a local pet store and the employee probed "him" :O, and yeap I said "him". She put the probe in and marked it with her finger which resulted in about a 1/2" or so in length.... Anyone interested in a male 100% Het Pied :snake: ? I guess I'm just disappointed she turned out to be a he, and the results of the popping had me confused..
