    rodents online
so Im looking into buying some rats in bulk so I dont have to continue to pay the almost $5 a rat at petco, looking around and finding places that sell feeders (and are still in business) is a pain but I found a few I am currently looking at either rodent pro, or layne labs. having never boughten from either I was looking at some input as far as the quality of the rat. thanks in advance.

I personally buy mine from Big Cheese Rodent Factory..Of course, they are only like two blocks from my house! So no shipping is a nice option for me. Mine were frozen that morning on the day I went to pick them up. So much fresher looking than our experience with rodent pro to be honest :O Maybe we had a bad batch but, those were some seriously freezer burned rats!

Used layne labs in the past too, they were pretty fine. I think they are a bit pricier, but seem to be really healthy rats. Healthy food=healthy snakes!

I've used rodent pro and Mice Direct and they are both pretty good but lately have both been out of almost everything I need.

Just made my first order with loxahatcheerodents.com. They have decent prices and have smaller bag counts so if you need a variety of stuff in different sizes you don't have to buy a 50 bag of each. I have heard good things about their quality as well but we will see I guess.
