at the top of BP's in general theres a form post thats been stickied called "Bad shed? No Problem" read that it will be very useful and feeding depends really did she shed her eye caps if yes then she should have no problem eating if no then she probably wont eat because she cant see all that well. if she does eat just give her a few hours before you soak her .... wait 30 mins after you eat before you go in the pool XD

I don't know how bad the stuck shed is, but if it's not covering the eyes or vent or tip of tail I'd feed it and see how much shed gets worked off just during the feeding process.

If you soak in a tub with a lid and create 100% humidity the shed should slide right off after soaking.

I use 86-88 degree water about 1 1/2 inches deep with a towel in the bottom.
Replenish after 30 minutes with more 86-88 degree water for another 30 minute soak.

I would soak and then feed, I can't stand stuck sheds on my snakes :rolleye2:

weather u feed then soak or soak then feed is up to you, the only thing is let her rest a couple hours after feeding if u decide to feed then soak, as far at the shed goes 1 or 2 more soaks and wipe downs and you should be golden :)
