She is almost half a year old and is a little over 2 feet. I have only had ball pythons so I am new to boas. I just want to know if it seems to be at a healthy weight. She doesn't sit still for me when I weigh her but she is roughly 160 grams.

They all grow at different rates. Boa's do not typically "fill out" with weight and girth till they start hitting the 4-5 ft length mark, and then continue growing in both directions up to the 6-8ft mark. As long as you can't pinch the scales together, your snake is "fit".

Another rule of boas (RTB's at least) is that they have a more boxy appearance, unlike Ball Pythons which tend to look more like sausages. :P Your little girl looks just fine, and don't worry: one day you'll be sitting there wondering where that little serpent went and why you have a giant boa. :D They have growth spurts like you wouldn't believe.

Thanks for the help. Also I am feeding her rat fuzzies. Is that fine?

You may be able to move her up to the next size - weined rats. I think mine started pounding small rats around 18 months old . . .I miss those days sometimes, his XXL Rats take forever to defrost!

My girl was on large rat pups until her first birthday...that was when she got her first small rat. She is 16 months old now and she's starting to look like she could pound smallish mediums. o.O I think for MY birthday she will be getting a tank upgrade. I can't afford my 6x2 customs at the moment, but I'm looking at 40gal breeders or larger as a temporary fix until I can order those gorgeous custom boaphiles with the basking shelf. ;)

Your girl is most definitely not too skinny. She looks just like my baby did several months ago. But you could probably bump her up to large rat pups or even weanlings. But if you jump to weanlings I would consider scaling her back to feeding every 10 days.

    Yeah boas are...oddly shaped :P
Everyone makes fun of my Dumeril's because she's awfully tall, yet not very wide lol

Dumeril's are supposed to be rounder than RTBs though. :/ Not as sausage shaped as a BP when young, but rounder than a young RTB.
