RI whistle

I don't hear anything, but I'm wandering here, when a bp has an RI and whistles from it, is it usually easy to hear?

RIs can manifest themselves in many ways, it really depends. I've had some that have pretty sharp whistles, and some that are almost non existent and I don't notice anything other than the gurgling in the lungs.

Ok jw for future ref!!! What are the most noticeable symptoms that you see every time?

Anything from the whistle, to gurgling, blowing bubbles out the nose, breathing from the mouth..

So at least one of those should be noticeable?
