    Need help on poss purchase!
Hey guys, need some experts to chime in on if they think this is a Green Pastel, and if so, quality wise? (it's a 2010)

This is not my photo, this is the sellers photo that he sent me via phone. (If that's a no no, I apologize and will remove it)

Thanks for any feed back :)

Also..aside from the black back, what other traits identify the Green Pastel / Lace Black Back?

Yea, that's why I have a hard time with them lol. I think I'll pass and get one from a rep breeder to ensure genetics. In fact, I think I'll be doing that with all the morphs I have issues identifying vs normies lol. I don't think he's an outstanding example of the morph from pictures I have seen.
    Thanks :)

It's really hard to tell, I would probably stay away if you don't think you can trust the breeder.

Honestly, it was a CL add. We've been wanting to get a black pastel & green pastel to make some gargoyles, but he wants $200 for it and I can't be certain it's even a green pastel. So I passed. I would rather spend $150 for a 2012 green pastel boy from Amir and wait a year or so than take the chance on it being a neat black back normie male. I'm swiftly realizing that the gamble on CL is just not worth it. I worry too much as it is :P lol

I say this, as I am calling about a group of female morphs off CL....I can't help it, there is always a chance of finding a good example locally...I have to at least have a look :D

I'll say is normal... Black Lace aka green pastel is a Albeys line of Het Reds...

Animal on that picture have black back but overall pattern is not doughnutty enough and most of Het Reds and Green Pastels have they Black back Blush Out...

Even if that is green pastel or Het red is so low Quality I'll pass on it
