An update on our collection

My boyfriend and I have been trying to build our little collection, so this is what we have so far.

Sorry for the picture quality... Some were taken right after I got my light tent just to test it out, with only one lamp with the completely wrong kind of bulb, wrong camera lens, and didn't iron the backdrop cloth... and some of the other pics were taken by a phone.

2012 female pastel. She looks way more browned out in these pictures than she actually is... crappy lighting, sorry. I'll get better pics of her.

2012 female spider. She looks really... I don't know how to describe it... creamy? in person.

Also, my friend is giving me his ball python for free, because of a money situation on his part. He calls her a "her", so I'm really hoping she is! Breeding weight would be even better :P

Did you have lights on to go with the light tent? It sorta looks like you got the tent part but not the light part lol.

I can see the pastels colors in the 2nd pic better. She does seem pretty yellow in that pic. :gj:

haha like I said, I only had one lamp with the wrong kind of bulb. Just grabbed a desk lamp to take pictures. My boyfriend just moved so everything is packed up at his house, so I had to work with what we had

Thank you everyone! :) The mojaves are cracking me up... They're so little, but the male hisses and the girls snap. We only got them a few days ago, but getting them out to weigh them and clean their tubs is so entertaining.

Nice snakes, I like the spiders. ^^ If you don't have a good enough camera, it won't pick up enough light/white either. (Even with 4 lights on mine, mine didn't work. Turns out my camera isn't up for the job :( )

No worries on that. I have a DSLR. There was just barely anyyy light coming from that one lamp.
