    reptile basics sells PVC but not plywood, rich is top notch, i am picking up a cb70 rack from him on sunday.

    There are quite a number of people whom sell melamine racks usually local to each region (some good some not so good) they are heavy and costly to ship. Personally it would not be a high on my choice list as the substrate can out gas formaldehyde unless sealed fully like you see in new melamine furniture. I have not seen a sealed rack very often they usually have raw edges. I personally would be looking at PVCx racks myself. I am in Canada so the rack builders I know there is no point to mention as over the boarder can increase the cost. Unless you are in Canada...
