Fluffy: Scab or Incomplete Shed?!?!?!

My snake shedded 2 1/2 weeks ago, her first shed I might add! Right after, we seen that she still had some shedded skin on her nose. We left it be thinking she will rub it off in time. Well its still there & getting whiter but the same size. Its not on her nostril but right above it.

I have pics but with the flash it looks more white that it really is! It looks like shedded skin but it just wont shed off!

We would like to know what to do?!?!?!?
