    Very early start....
    I usually start pairing around October but this male looked ready to go so I figured... what the heck. The female is just over 1200 grams but she is over three years old. She hit 1200g about a year ago and has just hovered at that weight. I'm thinking she is just naturally more "petite." We'll see what happens.

    I've got males locking still from last season and have a female looking promising for eggs I think theres no such thing as a season in captivity now days :D I had a female hover at around 1600 grams for around 3 years some just seem to never put weight on properly. Good luck.
