please help out on these balls

We dont like to see people ripped off especially me but a wonderful women purchased these snakes and Im pretty sure they are all something different I have her permission to get opinions from the bp.net community

this was sold to her as a male super pastel..I say pastel

and this was sold as a female yellow belly....I say normal so please give your opinions I never claim to be right all the time but these I would really like to show her and help her get some money back or something whatever she tends to do.
