    CD CONSTRICTORS
Introducing... When should I think about it??
I have two recent pick-ups that have acclimated to me well.

    2010- 1320g, 0.1 Spider (1170g when I got her).
    2010- 825g, 1.0 Pastel proven breeder (725g when I got him).

They have both taken live small rats just fine. They both seem happy and handle easily. My 0.1 Spider was a tad fiesty at first, but now she's a kitten.

These were acquired for my first possible breeding pair. At what point would be a good time to introduce them and see if they lock??

The male is probably good to go, but the female might need a little more time. I would start pairing this winter

I would feel very good about introducing them if she keeps eating well. I don't think 1500g is out of the question in the next 2-3 months for her.

I think you could have the female ready for this winter. Most people don't start pairing until October/November
