    Where to buy probes?
My popping is so-so, and I need to doublecheck check my "females"! Currently spending $5 a pop at Arizona Reptile Center to have them probe the babies. I think I could probably do that myself if I had a decent probe set. Any recommendations?

Yeah, the guys at Arizona Reptile suggested ebay, too.

Whoa, the 6 probe set on ebay is $40, vs. $15-$25 from LLL and reptile basis. Any reason to pay twice as much?

    Yeah, they are small enough

I can't see any reason to pay that much.

    RESULT: so I bought these?

And I love them. I don't think I would have had the courage to try probing myself if I hadn't watched the vet do it a million times.... but now that I know how, this is so much easier than popping.

(Plus I get to show the metal probe and the tube of personal lube to the little baby snakes, and say: "Hey guys! You'll never guess what's going to happen next!")
