Tapatalk not allowing photo uploads?

For some reason when I upload photos from my phone through tapatalk I get a question mark where the photo would appear instead. Any ideas of why or when I will be fixed?

Do you have the latest version of tapatalk downloaded? Or are their updates available?

Also. Did you pay the extra $2 for unlimited uploads?

Hmm. Maybe try turning the phone off and restarting it. Do you have the latest OS upgrades for your phone?

Im having this problem but it's because i reached my 131 upload limit, i tried buying the $2 add on but it doesn't let me since my iPhone is jailbroken -_- anyway around this??
