    Haha! At first I saw the caption on the original website where it said "Burmese at Staten Island Zoo" I went "Oh, they must not know what it is." but then I saw the plaque and had to stop myself from facepalming...

    I did look at it for a good few minutes going, "maybe I'm seeing it wrong," but that pattern is definitely wrong!

    Yeaaaa they seem a wee bit confuzzled there. I would totally be that guy that points it out to someone if i noticed it at the zoo lol.

    While it isn't recommended to house the 2 species together- they can interbreed, it can work, and it's not terrible if done properly. I wouldn't be shocked to see them both in the same exhibit, or together while doing remodel or something.
