Convulsing Rat..

Hi. I fed a live small adult rat to my BP today. I understand sometimes animals convulse when they die .. but this rat kept on going as my BP was swallowing it. I'm scared it wasn't dead?! Has anyone had similar experiences?

I wouldn't be worried. Your snake knows know when it's prey is ready to go down.
