    Ok I know this is a bit strange but my husband is deployed and would like to watch our eggs hatch. I am not going to sit over them waiting and watching the whole process any recommendations on like micro cams or something I could attach to the lid of the eggs so we can capture everything in all it's glory?

    How about settin up a webcam on it.

    Get a webcam, then get a screen recorded for your computer.
    As long as the computer doesn't go into sleep mode it should keep recording.
    Make sure to test it first though. :)

    My dad has a pond in his backyard with turtles.. He uses a security camera to watch them while he's at work. (over the Internet)

    Forgot to mention that you can control and move it around from the web browser! It's kinda neat.
