wanting to build a asb rack

Ok as stated I am lookingot build my own asb style rack. I neecot know what kind of saw blade I would need and were I can order the plastic ( looking ot get it in sheet style ( like plywood) about 1/2 thick material. I want oreplace my wooden racks with racks that will hold the 34-41 quart tubs i get at walmart ( with the lids on) and set it to tak belly heat) I plan on sanding/grinding the edges smooth of burs. I mainly need to know were ot get te blade and order the sheets od abs plastic as well as any possible tips.

I replacing my heavier wooden racks that holds double tubs and replace with single row racks.( my wooden ones are heave, pain to move, and won't be fitting though anydoor (without disassembling) ( wil also be repalcing the heat tape since i glued my other tape into place.
