You just gotta love these guys

So just yesterday afternoon I ordered a herpstat from Spyder Robotics, and some new hides and some flexwatt from Reptile basics. This morning I have emails saying my orders have shipped! These guys are great. I have done business with both places before, and had great service then too. Just thought I would give these guys a pat on the back. Also maybe a recommendation if anybody looking for any of these products reads this. There are just too many places out there anymore where customer service doesn't seem to be important. Way to go Spyder Robotics, and Reptile Basics, satisfied customer here! :)

I seriously have to second that. I'm so impressed with how quickly both of those companies ship and so far I'm equally impressed with everything I've gotten from them :)

I'm always impressed by Reptile Basics, great business model to follow. I've done many transactions through them with zero issues, they always go above and beyond.
