    My Snake Cleo Is Strange Its Kool But Creepy, Is It Normal For Like A Cracking Sound When My BP Streches? Does It Hurt Her?

    I read on here that it's totally normal as long as it's not like extreem, I have one that I've noticed it in but only between the tip of the tail and the vent. She was a rescue and the kid I got her from was like "WATCH THIS BETCHA DIDN'T KNOW A SNAKES TAIL CAN CRACK"...It happens but you don't want to force it on them or ever attempt to crack it for them. BTW I'm no expert whatsoever just saying what I've heard :)

    I once heard cracking coming from a bp that I used to have. I posted on here about it a while back and I was told that it could be from the snake getting ready to go into shed. The scales will sometimes pop and crack like that.

    You ever stretch really good and your back pops and then your back feels 10 times better? Same thing. If it is excessive or extreme in any way, then you might worry, but a little crack here and there is normal. I wouldn't force it, either.
