    Order feeder rats online
What sites do you guys use to order your rats from? I'm looking to get over 100 rats of different sizes. I have heart about rodent pro. Would like some options on where you guys shop! Thanks

I've read through that whole thread and personally having had no issue with RP and reading every post and every link/article posted within that thread I will say that I will continue to do business with them. This is just me coming to my own conclusion based on the info given in that BOI post (I won't go into any debate to keep this thread on topic). The feeders I've gotten are always clean, plump, and properly frozen so I would still recommend them.

Layne Labs looks like a good place to order from too, and you don't need to buy such large quantities if you don't need to (ie they have options to buy only 5 or 10 of whatever feeders instead of a bag of 25, or 100 or pinkies/fuzzies)

All I hear was that the CDC was investigating rodent pro just guess use caution when buying.

When I no longer was a round a large enough local supplier, I started ordering from American Rodent Supply
I had nothing but good dealing with them, plus free shipping for a about 1/2 the US

I recently been using Loxahatchee A+ product

Thank you guys for the replies. Even though you said rodent pro isn't as good it is still the best deal. I can get 6 months supply for my 2 balls for about $250 with shipping. It's like $2 a rat better than $5 I pay now lol. Any opinions?

I have been using rodent pro for years(8+)I love the quality of their rodents, very clean, no broken limbs even on fuzzie mice. Even with the whole CDC thing I still order from them, I just recieved a order from them 2 weeks ago and the quality is still amazing. The only thing about my last order that was weird is usually I get a mix of rats, like all whites and some black and whites this order all the small and med rats were all white. Not a big deal everyone still live their rider pro rats/mice.

Quality food means quality snakes IMO, I feed live but with CDC investigating rodent pro I wouldn't take the chance personally. If your always looking for the cheapest you won't make it far in this hobby.

I personally wouldnt take the risk but that's me.
