Have to pay to post classifieds now?

I understand a site cost money, but things have recently changed. I dont have an extra $50 or I would gladly donate it to the site. I dont think its cool that you dont get so many free ads a year like you used to. What does it take to become a "Vet" and get 2 free posts? Rep? Thats a flawed system because half the people dont know how to use the rep system and dont give rep.

I am now forced to post my classifieds elsewhere which is not what I want to do. Dont you get money for advertising? Other sites do not charge for posting.

Not at all knocking the site, it is great, and I love it way more than the other sites but I just dont have the money. :(

Honestly, I think you need to suck it up and get over it. Lol 5 ads a year is fine. Make a website if you want to sell constantly. If it was that big of a deal, you would already be posting on all the sites. Imo, it sounds like you are completely knocking the site. Don't mean to sound harsh. :)

I was not at all bashing the site, and I completely retract my statement as I read the chart wrong. How do you tell when you are eligble to post??

I hope people do not see that post as bashing the site as that was not my intent. I was simply sad because I like this site and didnt want to post on another site..

Seems like the most important thing you do not understand is that OUR main focus is not advertising, there are other sites for that.

Our TOS and membership status have not changed in years the membership system and the advertising limits have been in place since 01-21-2009 (That's over 3 years), you joined on 05-31-2011 (A little over a year ago) so please explain to me how things have changed and you do not get as many ads as you used to?

As for the flawed rep system I beg to differ, way back when I first joined this forum, reputation was a lot harder to earn, with the new system members acquire reputation points faster then they ever had before as the thanks are now directly linked to the reputation.

Like I said I misread the posing part and for hat I apologize. Still don't care for the rep but eh not worried about rep anyway.
