    Ok my friend had a cluch of firers to normals. She had 5 eggs 2 where normal 3 where fires. She is selling a normal femal for 25.00. Is that a good prise? Would it be het for firer? This is her

    I got my normal for free but $25 isnt bad.

    Fire is a codom morph (not a recessive) so no, she would just be a normal.

    Yeah, $25 is a good deal for a normal female baby. No, it wouldn't be het for fire because fire is a co-dominant (incomplete dominant) trait. That means if you breed a fire to a normal, about half will be fire and half will just be normal with no fire genetics whatsoever. If you google ball python genetics or look on the site here, you can see a better description of ball python genetics. She's a pretty one! ;)

    Each egg has a 50% chance of being fire and a 50% chance of being normal. About half your clutch is not accurate. You could end up with all normals or all fires. The odds are per egg, not per clutch. :gj:
