    No that does not mean anything, until your female ovulates there is NO guarantee for eggs no matter how many lock you have witnessed.

    Just like not witnessing any lock does not mean you won't get eggs.

    I've gotten eggs many times from a pair that I've NEVER seen lock up and I've gotten nothing from pairs I've seen lock up dozens of times. All you can do is keep trying.
