    Sunlight Simulating Lights
So I'm looking for a way to have the lights in my Ball Pythons cage gradually turn off and on.. simulation the sun.
I've searched around online and I haven't found anything useful... I know that it can be done with fishtank lights but couldn't find any information regarding how. Any Ideas?

I have two tanks, one on top of the other. Both have LED light strips but they are connected so they run off the same power source.

    The Serpent Merchant
I will start off by saying that this is completely unnecessary but if you want to do it there are a few ways.

The Herpstat line of thermostats sold by spider robotics have this ability... depending on your power source for the LEDs they might or might not work with it though (but will work with regular light bulbs)

Once again depending on the way your LED strips work this may or may not work... You can get a LED driver board. Depending on how handy you are you can even build your own fairly easily.

If you tell me more about your LED strips I can offer better/more concise help.
