    Theatre people unite!
Hey guys and gals, I was just curious if there were any other theatre people on the site, I've only done 3 shows, and one being a big one that was done in front of the whole town. If so, please let know, I'm going to audition for a musical in about an hour and would like a song to audition with, that is fairly short (around a minute) and is fairly easy to memorize also! Thanks!

I'm an ex-theatre person :) no time in university to be in shows, but I did them throughtout highschool and took film & tv acting for 3 years. I don't know any male songs to audition with, but good luck!!!

Thanks for your input! I'm searching like crazy, at this point, I'm tempted to just do "Twinkle, Twinkle".

All through middle and high school, with several awards including UIL Best Actress. :D Theatre minor in college, part of the Gilbert and Sullivan Society in El Paso (played Yum Yum in The Mikado, one of my favorites). :D Ask if someone's in theatre and they'll give you their credentials. :D Currently unable to be onstage, as I have no transportation, but I AM in a great celtic folk band, so I still get to perform from time to time. I miss acting, though.

I would say, pick a song from a loved musical. It shows that you know the stuff, and would be sung in the style they want anyway. :)
