Hey everyone....this was the only hatchling out of a 7 slug clutch....so unfortunately no siblings to compare to. Many thanks :)

I have a couple I'm on the fence about myself. When in doubt, let it shed a few times. :D

Wellllll here's the kicker....this was a pairing of the "possible fire" I had posted to this forum a few months ago. I had bought a fire male in a package deal and posted him here....he had locked up with one of my girls. Well everyone on here said he wasn't a fire...so.....I sent him back. Well....a few weeks later she finally lays....7 slugs one good egg....and the one good egg hatches and appears....FIRE! So.....I dunno if he proved out....or....this is some strange different morph altogether....or....just a really amazing patterned bright normal with the perfect fire belly pattern....

Fortunately this little guy is a male and a total chow hound so with any luck he will be breedable next year (this coming season) and I can see what I can do about getting him to a good female to see what he produces. ;)
