Sounds like a respitory infectio. Ball pythons only have one lung so blockage could be fatal.I would definetly get to a vet and they will treat with antibiotics. Should be fine in a couple weeks

There isn't a whole lot you can do without meds from a vet. Keep her enclosure clean. Paper towels and clean water daily. Make it as sterile as you can! You can increase the heat a smidge that might help her fight the infection faster.

Make sure your vet does a culture so that you can get meds that specifically target the type of infection she has. A round or two of antibiotics and she should clear right up. If you catch the RI early it is easier to treat.

Yes, make sure the vet does a culture.
Also get rid of the cool side till you can get her to your vet.
Keep her as warm as you can.

Hold on. Before everyone immediately jumps on the RI train.........did your snake drink water shortly before you handled her? I have had snakes "spit up" water on me when I handled them shortly after having a nice drink.

Is she making a popping noise? Bubbles coming from her nose? You can even gently check her mouth to see if there is excess mucos in her mouth.

Bump up the temp to 95. And do a bacterial culture. Bacterial and fungal RI is treatable. If its viral RI, there isn't anything you can do.(but viral ri is pretty rare)
