    Please Help I need Rats in Des Moines Iowa area
    I go through Laura R. and her mother and they are out if you know any other breeders of feeders in my area please let me know my girls eat live I have tried FT and one ate the other two were less than interested and climbed out of the feeder tank(40 gallon breeder w/ screen) I figure if they get hungry enough they will eat but it has been a month of "no sorry" when I call please help me

    I'm having the same problem. I was lucky to have extra mediums when they ran out but I still need smalls... you could try Aqualand, but I don't really trust them as far as mites and stuff... I'd call first though because they get rats from the same supplier Laura and Sue get them from. They charge a little more but it's still wayyyyy less than Petsmart/Co. I hope that helps... I'm just kinda waiting things out, mainly worrying about running out of weans for my little guy.

    Hey, dunno if you came up with anything. I had to resort to going to Ames to get 1 small rat for one of mine because she was acting hungry. For 1 small it was over $4... a guy in Carlisle posted on Craigslist that he has feeder rats for cheap.     thanks I had to go to Aqualand... I hate them... but I couldn't make them wait any longer they were concave on their belly
