Yellow an the blushing. Just looks like a pastel. Normals are darker. Also the eyes should be greenish on a pastel and black on a normal.

Well I said looks like a pastel to me and his reply was how can you tell? So I'm assuming he didn't know it was a pastel but who knows I may be wrong.

That's how I took it too.

OP: Yes that's a pastel and I don't think it's a bad quality one personally. Yellow coloring with darker topline, jungle-y pattern, blushing, greens eyes, and clear bellies are some ways to tell a pastel from a normal. In time you get an "eye" for distinguishing different morphs.
