    Ball Python has not digested
I got my baby BP last week he is housed in a 10 gallon tank with a 75 watt bulb with the humidity at 80s but im guessing the 75 bulb is too stong and i should go 60watts cause they dont like it too hot for it to digest? Can i put a heatpad on the side of the tank where my BP hideout is at?

How do you know that he hasn't digested his meal? How many days has it been since he was fed?

What are the temperatures in the tank, sounds like you have no thermometer to check temps?

a 75 watt bulb just might be too hot in a 10 gallon tank, but unless you have a thermometer there's no way we can help you.

Ball pythons won't digest well if there's not enough heat, and will digest extremely well with the proper temps.

Sooo, what are the temps in the tank, no guessing, lol.

What is the hot spot temp?
    What is the ambient temp?
What is the cool side temp?

By the way, just because you can't see a turd doesn't mean he hasn't digested it.

I would worry less about whether he's digesting his food and instead concentrate on getting your husbandry nailed down.
