heat tape

I am building a rack system for my snakes and a problem is heating...

where I can find in europe flexwatt heat tape or..any kind of heat tape...that is cheaper than heat pads...

Are reptiles shows like Hamm a possibility??

I don't live in Europe, but I think a reptile expo is a good place to look. They generally have a little bit of everything.
