    Emergency!!!!!!
    I have my only spider of the year with a knotted embilicus. It has climbed out of the egg however the embilicus is tied in a knot and there is still yolksack attached which is still in the egg. What do I do?

    YAY!!! Has that thread not been made a sticky yet. This is a definite life saver. Good Luck and i hope to see updated pics of a happy healthy Spider in the future :D

    Great news first, The little spider is doing well. Now the bad news, All of it's clutch mates had the same problem and died in the egg. What would cause this to happen to an entire clutch? I am so stressed right now over this. This was my first year with success and then this happens.
