    Will it be a glass box/liner on the inside? I am thinking for cleaning purposes.

    That will be sooo cool! I love the idea of having tanks "hidden" in my house. Like in a wall, but it's framed like a picture so you have to look twice. Any random places like that would be awesome!

    I cleared the inside with a water based clear coat. It keeps the fumes way down and is just as durable as an oil based finishe. The glass is caulked into the frames I made.

    @ cinnamonpython, I have just a few hours in it so far.

    That is really nice.

    This site has nice cages that are similar. You could make a pretty penny selling them.
    They want $1700 for their coffee table model.

    Its not ours, I made it for a customer of mine. The heating is gonna depend on what they decide to keep in there.
