If you don't know, then I take it you aren't Fedex certified, which means you need to use SYR (above). They have all the instructions on their site as to what you'll need, including supplies.

If you're fedex certified that means you must have passed the inspection box. Therefore, you already know how to do it.

SYR is also certified to ship to residences, which you wouldn't have with a "regular" certification. You should check out their quotes for a shipping label - typically a few $$ cheaper than Fedex direct, even though you are still using the Fedex service.

If you are not please do not try and ship through fedex without using ship your reptile.
You could cause major problems for every reptile shipper - it's not worth it.

Everyone with experience knows that if you are FedEx certifies that you would have had to send in a box to FedEx, properly prepared to ship a snake for them to inspect before you became certified.
If you were legitimately certified, you wouldn't have to ask how to properly pack.
Definitely use ship your reptiles and don't take shortcuts to save money.
