    Bad News
Checked on my splatter x yellowsplatter clutch today and noticed the eggs looked green and gone bad so i cut them and found a dead baby. The others look okay and alive. Could this have been the super or just a deformed coloured baby???

Hard to tell. Since color comes in late these babies that don't make it sometimes have crazy patterns and coloring.

Sorry for your loss and I hope the others make it for you!

I would agree with Jbean on the coloring though. How long have they been incubating?

It's really hard to say since color is the last thing to come in. He could have turned out a really dark black and brown snake even though he looks like that right now.

    Hi,

How funky was the smell from the light one in comparison to the rest?

Is it possible it died a few days earlier?

No smell at all. All eggs were looking fine until yesterday.
