Clutch #2 results pt 2 *GRAPHIC PICS*

Friends,

I regret to inform you that the super cinny I hit did not make it, although he is still alive right now. I will have to put him out if he doesn't pass on his own.
Two cinnys poke their heads out so I went ahead and cut the rest of the eggs. When I saw the charcoal grey color I was super excited , my wife was next to me and congratulated me and I texted my buddy Al who was excited with me, but when i continued to cut that's when my heart just sank. I couldn't believe it, there was no way this just happened. I was heartbroken and upset. I've read so many threads like this but would have never though it would happen to me. Im not a person to share "sappy" feelings , especially on the web but this one really hit me hard. I feel so bad for the snake and am imagining what he's going thru. I also wanted a super so bad. So now i just sit here next to him hoping he passes in peace, otherwise I will have to do what I have to.

Poor little guy, I hope he doesn't suffer long. So sorry for your disappointment and loss. Thank you for sharing this part of the journey.

So sad. Sorry. I would just do it. He may be suffering.

Oh, I also just wanted to say, that it might be better just to put him down instead of waiting for him to go. Less suffering on his part, know what I mean? I know its hard, I've had to do it more times than I liked to have, but it is the better decision. Good luck :(
