Looks like a light colored normal to me.

If it is a female, I'd scoop it up.

Looks like an IMG. Typically just a loss of pigment, never seen one genetic.

I cant tell from the low quality picture but it looks like its soaking in its water?? Might be something wrong with it.

Base on the picture, I see a normal. Better pics will help us if its indeed something else.
