emaciated, RI, and ovulation?

On July 2nd i took in a female ball python that is severely emaciated and has an URI. She ate twice for me that week then refused. Weighed 547g, comparing her length to my other girls she should be about 1100g.

Last night when i was giving her antibiotics i immediately noticed a lower body swell that wasn't there 24 hours ago. She was housed with a male and is 2+ years old. I'm so scared for her right now, i don't think she'll survive all this stress if she is gravid too :'(

Please tell me this isn't an ovy and I'm just imagining things :(

Do you have pictures of her before that? Ovulations aren't that low. They can look like that right before they lay because all the eggs get moved down to the vent. She could also be constipated, or she could be swallowing air because of the URI and now her intestines are full of air. That can happen with really bad RIs, I'm personally leaning towards that.

What does she feel like where she is swollen?

Definatley feels like she's full of air! One crisis averted. Is this something I should be concerned about or do I wait for an epic snake fart? LOL

I had a girl like this full of air so I gave her a bath and gentally massaged her body and then all of a sudden bubbles in the water followed by a poo :D
