It's fine but you may find that it doesn't want to eat after being handled. Some of ours don't like to be messed with before dinner time. Others don't care.

So I fed my BP, but it looks like he's looking around for more, I've never noticed him moving around his tank before, usually after I feed him he just goes right back into his hide and rarely comes out. Get a scale and weigh him and his prey. We can't really make educated guesses based on "rounder", especially without knowing his size, or the size of the mouse.
