    now what to do with the bad one?
    my bp layed a clutch of 5, 4 good 1 bad but they are all stuck together will the others be safe with the bad one attached?i have them all in the incubator together

    They will be fine. I have a clutch that's on day 52 right now and the two on the top of the pile of shriveled and turned moldy. Nothing has spread to to the other eggs. :)

    I had the same thing happen to me! I took the eggs out. Cut and drained then trimmed most of the shell being extremely careful not to cut the other eggs and wiped the remaining shell with paper towel. Worked great! I was getting a rotten smell from the infertile egg!

    They should be fine. I left a bad egg attached to two other eggs my first year and it didn't hurt the good eggs.
