Anyone know what this is?

These are some scales on Sprockets neck. They didn't come off with this shed so I'm not sure what they are.

Anyone know what they are? Is it just dead skin or scalerot or somethin?

just some rot. a few good sheds and they will most likely heal up.

dead scales, happens all the time to bp's.
