    P90x
    Has anyone here tried P90X? just curious on your results, not sure if this is the right place to post this but just thought i would ask :)

    Yeah p90x is pretty good. Its tough and some workouts are much easier than others but overall its a great program. Insanity is pretty awesome too... I did it while I was in the marines and since I have been out havent done much more than the traditional lift and run routine.

    Today was my first day, and having not been to the gym in like 6months because i injured muscles in my arms, i threw up like 6 times lol

    As mentioned above, p90x is pretty good, and Insanity is well, insane, but definitely gives you results. Another one to take a look at is p90x-2.
