    what's this?
    im no expert in mice and i have only been breeding for a couple months now and out of a litter i got a couple of these hairless mice. would any body know what type of breed it is and if bred him to a female would i get more?

    Ahaha oh my god it's adorable! I never really wanted to keep rodents as pets but if it was one of those I'd definitely keep it! XD I have no idea what made that happen, but hopefully you can find out!

    I'm not 100% certain about this but I believe that hairless rats are simple recessive, so maybe hairless mice are as well. If that's the case then theoretically breeding back to the mom should get you half hairless and half het for hairless. Either way awesome looking little guy.

    well lucky for him he will not be snake food since i want to see what he makes when bred. and his mom passed away 2 weeks ago of what i think might of been a prolapse. both parents were petco mice
