    Should I take my Box Turtle to the vet to get checked for parasites.
    Because he was out in the open for who knows how long, I'm concerned that he might has internal parasites.
    But I don't know if getting him tested is necessary.

    Well he certainly needs his beak trimmed. A good pair of end cutting pliers or nippers will work great for that. Nearly all box turtles are wild caught so most of them probably have internal parasites of one kind or another. If it's affecting their health then you should take them in, otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.
