A Cleaning and a Feeding Question
Hello, I am a relatively new BP owner and it is almost time to clean the cage. I have seen many expensive products for this purpose, but have also seen some very simple ones (vinegar, soap, diluted bleach, etc).
So what do you guys use and is any specific way you like to clean it?

Also, I was wondering if you can "over-feed" a BP. I read that you can, and that they will develope health issues because of it. My young BP was about 300g when I got her almost a month ago, but I'm not sure how heavy she is now. She has never failed to eat, with exception to the first 3-4 days I had her. Ever since then, she has been an absolute pig and has been eating a rat fuzzy twice a week. I also think she may be thick enough to begin feeding on rat pups. Anyway, do I need to worry about over feeding her, or will she just stop when she is ready?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

    Quantum Constrictors
    For cleaning I use Chlorhexadine.

As for the feeding you should be feeding her 15% of her body weight per feeding I feed every 5 days for the lighter BP's and every 7 for the heavier weights. So if your BP is 300 grams it should be eating 45 gram rats.
