How do you guys deal with aggressive snakes?
I've dealt with BPs who had bad attitudes in the past but this female pinstripe that I got a few months ago is just super hot tempered! I had actually gotten her to tame down pretty good last month (she was handling fine but still pretty twitchy) so I assumed it would be the end of her nastiness but for whatever reason, she's gotten all fired up again and practically everything I do sets her off (I've even had her strike at me when I was walking past her tub).
My technique for handling aggro BPs in the past has been to get a few good meals in them then handle them for short periods of time on a weekly basis at least but this seems to have had no affect on this girl. Does anyone have any tips they could throw my way, it would be appreciated.

They seemed to learn that even if they bit they still got handled and eventually chilled out. But there are a few that just may not calm down. Age plays a part in it too. Our nippy babies usually calm down once they get to be 300+ grams or so.
Hmm, well she's approaching 300+ so hopefully she'll be ready to calm down soon! But the gloves actually sounds like a good idea because although I don't really the occasional nip, five times in a row it just obnoxious.

PM me and I will send you my address and you can rest peacefully once you ship her and any other snake that even might be a lil nippy to me.
